  5. Confirm any layout adjustments or finish selections
  6. Receive your finalized quote based on your selections
  7. Sign your construction contract (35% deposit)
  8. Detailed construction plans are prepared
  9. Your builder is assigned and construction begins
  10. Receive progress updates through three defined build phases
  11. Estimated completion: approximately 7 months
